Robustel EG5120
Industrial edge computing gateway with Dual-SIM 5G or 4G LTE, Serial, GNSS, DI/DO, Bluetooth and a Debian-based OS
The Robustel EG5120 is a 5G-ready industrial edge gateway that combines secure cellular backhaul with on-device processing for real-time decisions at the edge. Built on RobustOS Pro (Debian 11), it supports Docker containers and Debian packages so you can deploy protocol bridges, data buffering, and ML workloads alongside your equipment. A quad-core 1.6 GHz Cortex-A53 with 16 GB eMMC and a 2.3 TOPS NPU accelerates inference for use cases like vision or anomaly detection.
Connectivity options include dual-SIM 5G/4G/3G/2G and Ethernet WAN with link backup; security covers IPsec, OpenVPN, GRE, L2TP, PPTP, and DMVPN. Integration is straightforward via two software-configurable RS-232/RS-485 ports, 2รDI/2รDO, native Modbus TCP/RTU, and MQTT-to-cloud bridging, with optional 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2. Fleet operations scale through RCMS for monitoring, configuration, and updates.
The result is a rugged, open platform for reliable connectivity and high-performance edge processing in industrial and smart-city deployments.
