Hardware that Endures, Software that Elevates.
The Robustel Operating System Difference
Robustel designs complete systems, not just hardware. From board to cloud, our devices, operating systems, and firmware are co-engineered to deliver secure, predictable performance at scale. Secure-by-design practices, signed OTA updates, role-based access, and fleet orchestration make updates, observability, and compliance routine—not risky. The Robustel OS family underpins this with a consistent management model, disciplined lifecycle practices, and transparent security processes enterprises can trust for years.
Our Device Operating Systems:

RobustOS
RobustOS is Robustel’s proprietary router OS, built on the Linux kernel for lightweight firmware and app delivery across our portfolio. Independently penetration-tested by Nettitude with zero OS vulnerabilities reported. An advanced C/C++ SDK enables bespoke applications. Seamless RCMS integration provides single-pane management for thousands or millions of routers at scale.

RobustOS Pro
RobustOS Pro powers Robustel edge gateways with a Debian-based runtime and intuitive GUI offering the power of an embedded PC and 4G/5G router in one. Run existing ARM apps, containers (Docker), and custom software via SDKs (C/C++, Python, Java, Node.js). Integrates via MQTT with RCMS for secure, cloud-hosted fleet monitoring and management.

MG Core
MG Core is Robustel’s maritime OS, engineered for shipboard cybersecurity and compliance.
It supports IEC 61162-450/460 and IACS UR E26/E27, enabling real-time auditing of a vessel’s cyber position. Delivering defensible compliance and operational assurance across bridge, VDR, Logbooks, onboard networks and more.
