Compact Industrial 4G/LTE Router with 1x eSIM/eUICC, 2x ETH & Serial RS232 OR RS485
The Robustel R1511e is a compact industrial router supporting global LTE frequencies, designed to connect both Ethernet and serial equipment using a fully embedded eSIM/eUICC. Built on the proven R1511 platform, it uses an embedded MFF2 eSIM that supports the GSMA SGP.22 standard, letting you remotely download, activate, and switch operator profiles over the air to adapt coverage, roaming, and tariffs without site visits or SIM swaps. Advanced eSIM features further reduce operational risk and friction, including secure profile enable/disable and switching, automatic failsafe rollback to the last working profile if provisioning fails, and profile rotation that supports better long-term lifecycle management.
On the connectivity side, two Fast-Ethernet ports (configurable as LAN/WAN or dual LAN) plus an optional RS-232 or RS-485 interface enable direct connection to PLCs, meters, and legacy controllers. A built-in Modbus RTU to TCP gateway and transparent TCP/UDP modes simplify serial-to-IP integration without requiring changes to upstream applications, while optional Wi-Fi (AP/Client) and automatic failover support flexible backhaul designs across 4G/3G/2G, Ethernet, or Wi-Fi.
At scale, Robustel Cloud Manager Service (RCMS) provides real-time monitoring and centralized management for configuration, updates, and eSIM profile operations across fleets.
