IEC 60945-compliant maritime gateway for secure vessel-to-cloud data exchange

The Robustel MG360 is an IEC 60945-compliant maritime gateway purpose-built to move data securely between shipboard networks and shore. Designed for the bridge environment, it combines a hardened enclosure with dual-SIM 4G/3G/2G backhaul and per-interface firewalls to segment navigational/OT networks from external links.

A built-in DMZ supports controlled file transfer and application services, while VPN tunnels provide encrypted remote access for audits, updates, and support—without exposing critical systems. Under the hood, a quad-core 1.6 GHz CPU with 16 GB eMMC runs a Debian Linux environment for edge applications and logging. Integration is straightforward: 2×GbE (PoE-capable), 2×RS-232/485, and 2×DI + 2×DO connect common marine devices; a microSD slot enables extended log retention and evidence capture. Fleet operations scale through RCMS and RobustVPN for policy-driven access and centralized monitoring.

In short: a rugged, standards-aligned gateway that prioritizes isolation, encryption, and operational control for modern vessels.
