Robustel MG460 Gateway
460-Gateway/460-Wireless-Gateway certified according to IEC 61162-460 ed.3 and IACS UR E27 for secure data exchange between ship and shore.
The Robustel MG460 Gateway is a maritime cyber-security gateway built for IEC 61162-460 domains and engineered to help owners comply with IACS UR E26/E27 for ship and on-board system cyber resilience. It is the worldโs first product to receive DNV type approvals as both โ460-Gatewayโ and โ460-Wireless Gateway,โ providing a certified vessel-to-shore security boundary for navigation and radio-communication networks.
A multi-layer inspection firewall with per-interface rules, an isolated DMZ for controlled file/services exchange, and VPN tunnels enable encrypted, auditable transfers without exposing critical bridge systems.
Hardware fit includes 5รGb ETH (each with its own firewall), 2รRS-232/422/485, 2รDI + 2รrelay outputs, 3รUSB, microSD for extended logging, and dual-SIM for resilient comms.
The MG460 aligns with UR E26/E27 (mandatory for newbuilds from 1 July 2024) and leverages IEC 61162-460 Ed. 3 cross-references to those requirements making it a standards-anchored choice for modern fleets.
