Hosted at The Westin Guangzhou, this multi-day partner summit will combine strategic plenary sessions, product and roadmap updates, practical go-to-market content, technical workshops, networking, and optional factory visit opportunities.

Following the success of RGPS Lisbon 2026, Guangzhou takes the programme deeper. Partners who attended Lisbon will gain fresh value through closer access to Robustel’s product and technical teams, hands-on workshops, factory visit options, and a stronger focus on integration, orchestration, and real-world partner execution.

Welcome Drinks & Dinner – Monday 9th November 2026

To help everyone settle in before RGPS officially begins, we will host an optional welcome drinks and buffet dinner on Monday 9 November at Prego, Sky Garden Restaurant & Bar inside The Westin Guangzhou. Join us from 5:30pm to 9:00pm for an informal evening with the Robustel team and fellow partners, with drinks, dinner, and relaxed networking in a comfortable setting.

The RGPS workshop day is designed to give attendees deeper, more practical access to key Robustel technologies without forcing them to choose between competing sessions. Workshops will run in two rooms, with each session repeated later in the day. This means attendees can build a schedule that allows them to attend all core workshops if they wish, rather than missing one topic to join another.

The workshop programme is intended to complement the plenary sessions. While the main agenda will focus on strategy, product direction, partner opportunity, and high-level architecture, the workshops will go deeper into practical topics such as deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, software integration, and real-world usage. This format gives technical attendees more detailed learning opportunities while also allowing commercial attendees to select the sessions most relevant to their role.

Transport Details

From Airport: The Westin Guangzhou is located approximately 45KM from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN)

• Guangzhou Metro (Line 3) from Airport North or Airport South and depart at Linhexi (Stop 17) the Westin is a 3 Minute Walk from Linhexi Metro Station.
• By Taxi or Rideshare (DiDi) it will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic and cost between $17 – $25 USD

This year, we’ve chosen not to organise any group tourism or sightseeing activities alongside RGPS. The goal is to keep the schedule focused and purposeful so the time you invest in Guangzhou is spent on the conversations, workshops, and alignment that directly support your business in 2026.

We also recognise that partners have different energy levels, interests, and commitments, so we’d rather give you the freedom to use any personal time in the way that suits you best, giving you the opportunity of exploring Guangzhou at your own pace.
